Founded Aspiring Capital Partners in 2023. Prior to this Forbes worked with Buckthorn Partners, a private equity firm investing in Energy Service businesses, specifically around the transition to net zero.
Previously, Forbes was an investor with Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures in London, investing across the Energy and Water sectors in Europe. He started his investment career in the Principal Investment team at Kleinwort Benson.
Forbes qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY in London and gained Investment Banking experience with Energy specialists Simmons & Company.
